BLUE is not just a colour for SABINE BECKER - for her it is a statement, an avowal, a message.

Since 1991, the artist (*1958 in Lübeck) has been working with the colour blue - a luminous velvety cobalt blue. Colour is her actual means of expression and the reduction to cobalt or milori blue her central theme. SABINE BECKER's works have a structured surface with a strong haptic character. They are represented in numerous public collections and are shown internationally at exhibitions.
