Goschin Anna

GOSCHIN (*near Trier) studied fashion design with Prof. Erich Krämer and fine arts at the European Academy of Fine Arts in Trier. Her figurative contemporary paintings are a continuation of her long and successful career as creative director at Louis Féraud. The expressive and colorful depictions of female bodies that are both self-confident and powerful is the result of a direct examination of the nude model. Sketches arising from the study of the body serve as the basis for her large-format paintings, but retain their own independence due to the dynamics of the strokes. Her confident handling of the line, based on her long experience of nude studies, enables a skillful interplay of graphic and painterly elements.

The artist is represented in both national and international collections.
