FRITZ SCHAUB (*1944 in Zunzgen) was a Swiss artist who worked primarily as a painter and graphic artist. His work is characterized by a clear visual language, a sensitive use of color, and a strong interest in composition and structure. In many of his works, Schaub combined figurative references with abstract elements, creating an independent and timeless pictorial world.
Schaub was a long-standing presence in the Swiss art scene and exhibited his works in galleries and exhibitions both in Switzerland and abroad. His artistic oeuvre contributed to the development of modern art in Switzerland and continues to be recognized in collections and art-historical contexts to this day.
